Michael and Amy Bleasdale welcome you to Poppies Cafe in the market town of Ulverston.
Having taken over the family business in March 2008 we are continuing to provide quality food using only the finest, freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
Our Soups are all homemade and Scones are baked fresh daily. We offer Gluten free food and will happily cater for any dietary requirements, please ask if you need assistance. Take away food and beverages are also available.
Poppies Cafe is the perfect place to stop and catch up on the news whilst enjoying a freshly brewed Coffee.
We have various newspapers every day, and limited outside seating.
We pride ourselves on serving good quality coffee, it took us along time to find the perfect Coffee beans which we think makes the best Espresso in town. As well as our ‘House Coffee’, we now have a varied range including Kenyan AA, Fair Trade Organic Colombian, Sumatran and Maragogype
